Q: How quickly will I receive my order?
A: In-Stock items: 5-7 business days
Custom items: 1-2 weeks
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Check the Size Chart for chest, waist, and other measuarements. If you do not think that a standard size will fit you, you may order a custom item. Just be sure to enter your measurements in the "Additional Instructions" text area in addition to selecting the size closest to what you would wear.
Q: I normally wear a size 4, but your size chart says I'm a size 10. Why?
A: The sizes we use are standard pattern sizes, which run much smaller than regular retail sizes, due to the fashion industry's penchant for vanity sizing.
Q: Do you keep my credit card information for future purchases?
A: No. Since we use PayPal as our credit card service, we never see your credit card number. If you choose to open an account with PayPal, they will remember your credit card information.
Q: I want a certain outfit, but you don't have anything like it. Can you still make it for me?
A: Yes. Just send your request through the Custom Orders page and include a detailed description of what you want. Be sure to also include detailed measurements, and, if possible, a link to a picture that looks like what you want. We will respond with a request for any further information that we need. At that time, if you were not able to send us a link to a picture, it would be very helpful if you could attach a picture in your email. You may also send a combination of pictures that have different features that you want. When we have all of the information that we need, we will let you know the approximate cost of making your item(s) and an estimate for when it can be done. If you agree to the estmiated cost, we will then send you a PayPal invoice of 20% of the estimated cost. Please note that we will not begin work on your item until we have received the 20% deposit. This is to ensure that we will not go to all the trouble of making something for you, only to have you change your mind once it is finished. Once you have paid us the 20% down payment, we will begin work on your request. When the order is completed, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the actual cost minus the down payment plus shipping, as well as pictures of the final product. We will ship your order as soon as you submit payment. Please note that the actual cost may be different than the estimated cost.
Q: I really want one of your items, but you don't currently have it in my size, or in the color that I want.

Q: Do you sell my email address to other companies?
A: No. We value your privacy and do not sell your information to anyone. Your email address is used solely for us to contact you regarding your order.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: We take credit cards via PayPal. They are a safe and secure web site. You may choose to open a PayPal account with them if you wish, but are not required to do so.
